01Site selection & Feasibility study
The first step in setting up a fish farm is to select a suitable site. Factors to consider when selecting a site include water quality, water depth, and access to markets. Once a site has been selected, a feasibility study should be conducted to determine the costs and benefits of setting up a fish farm at that location.

02 Design and construction & Stock procurement
Once the feasibility study is complete, the next step is to design and construct the fish farm. This includes building the infrastructure, such as ponds, tanks, or cages, as well as installing the necessary equipment, such as aeration systems, feeding systems, and water treatment systems.
